New Citation Export Feature Built-In to LibKey Nomad

LibKey Nomad now includes citation export feature. When LibKey Nomad detects an article citation on the webpage that you are browsing, in addition to a link to full text, it will offer to export the citation data to citation manager, such as RefWorks or Endnote.

LibKey Nomad is a full-text browser plugin available through Geisinger. The plug-in indicates if the full text is available through the Geisinger Library, both when using PubMed and when visiting a journal’s website.

To get this browser extension, go to https://thirdiron-com.geihsl.idm.oclc.org/downloadnomad

1. Scroll down to find your preferred browser and download that extension.
2. Under “Select Organization,” search for Geisinger.
3. Choose “Geisinger Health” which is the Health Sciences Library. 

When you search PubMed, look for a blue bar with “Article Link” to open the full article or “Access Options” to order the article through interlibrary loan. When accessing an available article, you may be prompted to login with your Geisinger login/password.   

There’s no personal account to remember and LibKey Nomad does not track or store IDs.
