Table Top Cigar Cutter Ashtray, Brass Ship's Wheel, Foss, Harold Leighton, MD

Table top cigar cutter, 7" H x 7 1/2" W, brass with oval shaped ash tray and rotating ship's wheel to release cutter, belonged to Dr. Harold Foss. Donated by Ellen R. Shultz (Mrs. Warren Clark), who retired in 1983 from working in the Gift Shop and whose father-in-law was Clark James Shultz, Dr. Foss's valet until Dr. Foss died. Mrs. Foss gave a hatbox, 2 hats and a cigar cutter to Clark James Shultz. Mrs. Shultz's daughter Gayle S. Barnes (814-234-6987) is married to Dr. William Barnes's son.
